Ah well….another trip to the doctor’s.  At least it wasn’t the ER this time!  This time, my 3yo got a pretty little purple bead stuck in his nostril.  Why do kids do this?

They almost had to send us to an ear/nose/throat doctor because it was stuck so far!  They finally called in the doctor that had performed the circumcision on Rase to give it a try.  We joked…maybe he’ll recognize him.  Considering that Rase has only ever been to the doctors once before in his life, he did quite well.

My biggest regret…I wish I hadn’t of let them give him a sucker (for being good).  Really…he should not have been rewarded for the predicament he got himself in.

On a side note…Rase is child #9.  I felt pretty silly when they asked me his birth date and I couldn’t remember!  Am I getting old, or is it mommy brain?

Yup, it’s true.  I had just told the gal that checked us in the last time I was at ER (when she recognized me) that I was a frequent customer.  She remembered me from when Abby was born.  This time wasn’t as serious as when I was bit by the rattle snake, but it deemed a trip to ER, never the less.

My son, Joe, fell off of a trampoline at the neighbors and had a DEEP gash in his knee (all the way to his knee cap).  It was just too deep for us to clean, thus the trip.  He’ll be down for a week…not what he wanted to hear.

She’s officially crawling!  AND she can go from crawling to sitting up!  What fun!  Who needs television when you have babies/toddlers?  I wish I had my camera!  Dennis took it with him to work.

On another note.  It’s 97° and HOT!

I have been having problems with my trapezius muscle.  It has been very debilitating!  The doctor gave me muscle relaxers, but unfortunately, they didn’t do the trick.  As I write this, I am trying my second prescription.  If there are typographical errors, then you’ll know how well THIS one is working.

Abby now has her second tooth and is trying to crawl.  She doesn’t quite have it, but close!

The ladies at www.cmomb.com and I are going through the Created To Be His Helpmeet by Debi Pearl.  This book has been such a blessing and confirmed things in my marriage, as well as gently nudged me on to improving other areas of my life.

Abby got her first tooth yesterday!

Benjamin took his ACT this morning.  He went in confident, but left feeling a bit more unsure.

Anne drove us around, since I am taking muscle relaxers for my neck/shoulder troubles.  I do hope I get over this soon.  I incapacitates me too much.
