Vicki’s Wheat Germ Muffins

1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup honey
2 eggs
1/2 cup dry milk powder
1 cup wheat germ
3/4 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. almond extract
1 t. vanilla
1/2 cup slivered almonds or sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut (optional)
We like these with a little crushed pineapple in them, too.

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix with a fork until well blended.
Pour into paper-lined muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Makes 10-12 muffins.
