Kampong Dungun (makes about 3 cups)
Wallingford Center 2 cups cooked or canned garbanzo beans, drained
2/3 cup tahini
3/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, peeled
Salt and pepper to taste
Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth.
